Magnificent and majestic Loire Valley… blessed by a perfect location on the north-south-west axis at a period of the history when the lords have to defend their lands, and also to fight for gaining battles and new territories. The Loire Valley is home to the French and English Kings royal residences such as Chinon, Langeais, Amboise, Loches, Chenonceau, Blois, Chambord… But the Loire Valley, also called the “Garden of France” is reputed for its excellent produce, delicate cuisine and fine wines. The Loire Valley vineyard is the France longest, stretching over more than 400 km. The Loire Valley produces white, red and sparkling wines, divided into areas (Anjou, Touraine, Sancerrois) which most reputed are Sancerre, Quincy, Bourgueil, Chinon, Montlouis, Vouvray, etc. which are also the names of villages.
Loire Valley Wine & Chateaux is a full-day private tour guided by Corinne Preteur, departing from Paris (your hotel, guesthouse or apartment). It celebrates the history of France combined to the Loire Valley region gastronomy and art of living. Tour includes :
