You will visit the 12th century Cistercian abbey facing colorful lavender fields. You will discover the Bories dry-stone huts site nearby Gordes.The itinerary goes through back roads and spectacular landscapes of vineyards, orchards, colored ochre hills, colorful fields of poppies, wheat or fragrant lavender. Tour continues to Maussane-les-Alpilles where you will appreciate a relaxing lunch under the shade of old trees. Les Baux, the outstanding medieval clifftop village, and the UNESCO listed Roman town of Arles will be your afternoon exploration. You will take a wander around Les Baux through its lovely cobblestone streets and soak up the charm of this historic village. Arles walking path goes through the Amphitheater ruins, the Roman Theater, Saint-Trophime church with its 12th-century carved doorway.

16 villages have given its names to prestigious wines produced in the area including the internationally well known Chateauneuf-du-Pape. It features a picturesque stone village and fabulous vineyards. Our itinerary includes informative visits to several wineries in Chateauneuf du Pape, Gigondas and Vaqueyras.
You will enjoy a gourmet lunch in Vacqueyras. The wine route goes to Beaumes de Venise in the afternoon, a beautiful village nestled at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail limestone mountains. One of the top-ranked winegrower and winemaker will welcome you in his property.
He will guide you through the vineyard rows, explain the work he does on the land, before you enjopy flavorful white and red rare muscats. The late afternoon part of the tour goes through the Trias back roads and its landscapes of breathtaking beauty. Each visit to a winery is followed by wines tasting.
