City of arts, history and elegance, Paris is the perfect destination to choose for experiencing and enjoying exquisite Desserts and Patisseries. Macarons, flavorful and colorful éclairs or religieuses choux, Saint-Honoré, Mille-feuille, beautifully decorated tarts are featured in this baking training.

Paris Delights is a Lifestyle vacations original program designed for beginners, pastry and desserts lovers. It includes a five full-day baking training scheduled Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm with a lunch break around noon. You will also enjoy private cultural and food walking tours.

For a better quality teaching, Paris Delights baking training is limited to 4 participants.

Boutique-Hotel accommodation

Paris Delights program includes a charming four-star boutique-hotel accommodation located in a safe, quiet and residential quarter, only ten minutes away to the baking school and steps to the metro stations.
Your room with private ensuite bath is furnished with a double or twin beds.

You will enjoy delicious daily breakfasts including tea or coffee or hot chocolate, fruits juice, croissant, baguette, butter, jam, cheese, ham, eggs and fruits.

HANDS-ON BAKING CLASSES

Our five-day baking training is designed for pastry and chocolate lovers who aspire to improve their skills and techniques to create delectable French patisseries and plated desserts.
It features an overview of the basic creams, doughs and traditional desserts such as Mille-feuille, Paris-Brest, Charlotte Entremets, Croissants and Brioches, Eclairs, Macarons, Bavaroise, Petit-Fours, Ganaches, Creams, Génoise cakes, Lemon meringue tart, etc.

Through our baking classes you will discover the chemistry behind the art. You will learn the right methods to make exquisite French desserts and pastries. You will get the recipes in English detailing ingredients and directions.

Teaching includes:
Modern entremets and assembling techniques
Sponge cakes and biscuits
Tarts and classic French pastry doughs
Mastering creams, mousses and fillings
Macaron and ganaches
Caramel
Choux puff pastry
Yeast doughs (croissants & brioches)
Laminated dough

In addition to your classes you will visit the best baking and cooking utensils shops (Julia Child’s favorite one as well) and pastry shops.

ITINERARY

Day 1 (Sunday) ∼ Welcome to Paris !
Paris CDG airport private transfer.
Check-in at your hotel (after 3pm)
Resting time.
At 4pm, meet Corinne to enjoy a guided walking tour through a Paris picturesque quarter.
Welcome dinner in a traditional restaurant nearby your hotel.
Overnight.

Day 2-5 (Monday-Friday) ∼ Pastry Training
Daily breakfast at the hotel.
Five-day Baking Training, scheduled from 8:30am to noon and from 2pm to 4:30pm
♦ Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: Lunch and dinner on your own (you will get a list of casual restaurants in Paris and nearby your hotel)
♦ Tuesday: Lunch on your own – Food & wine pairing dinner in one of the best traditional French restaurants.
Overnights.

Day 6 (Saturday) ∼ Paris on your own (shopping, visits, etc.)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Full day for enjoying Paris, for shopping, visits to a museum, Seine river cruise, etc.
Overnight.

Day 7 (Sunday) : Check Out / Airport Transfer
Morning breakfast. check-out not later than 11am.
Paris CDG airport private transfer.
End of the tour.
