Corinne’s online Perigord Cooking Class features a delicious menu celebrating the South West cuisine prepared with fresh seasonal produce that you can find in your country. Food allergies, likes and dislikes are considered and the menu can be changed accordingly. As it’s a virtual class, you will cook from the comfort of your kitchen.

– Chestnuts and Mushrooms thin tart, Herbs sauce, Baby spinach salad
– Duck breast, Perigourdine Sauce, Sautéed Potatoes
– Cajasse du Périgord, a delicious mid-flan and mid-soufflé dessert
