Welcome to Paris!

City of arts, history and elegance, Paris is the perfect destination to choose for experiencing and enjoying exquisite Desserts and Patisseries. Macarons, flavorful and colorful éclairs or religieuses choux, Saint-Honoré, Mille-feuille, beautifully decorated tarts are featured in this baking training.

Paris Delights is a Lifestyle vacations original program designed for beginners, pastry and desserts lovers. It includes baking classes scheduled in the morning or in the afternoon, cultural and gourmet walking tours.

This tour is limited to 6 participants.

Boutique-Hotel accommodation

Paris Delights program includes a four-star boutique-hotel accommodation located in Paris 8th arrondissement, walking distance to the Champs-Elysées, Avenue Montaigne, Orsay Museum and the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is steps to Alma-Marceau metro station (line 9)
Your room with private ensuite bath is furnished with a double or twin beds.

You will enjoy daily buffet breakfasts including tea or coffee or hot chocolate, fruits juice, croissant, baguette, butter, jam, cheese, ham, eggs and fruits.


Our Paris Delights baking program is designed for pastry and chocolate lovers who aspire to improve their skills and techniques to create delectable French patisseries and plated desserts.
It features an overview of the basic creams, doughs and traditional desserts such as Mille-feuille, Paris-Brest, Entremets, Croissants and Brioches, Eclairs, Macarons, Petit-Fours, Ganaches, Creams, Lemon meringue tart, etc. You will also partake in a bread making class and learn the secrets of the bakers to make crispy baguettes and fougasses.

Through our baking classes you will discover the chemistry behind the art. You will learn the right methods to make exquisite French desserts and pastries. You will get the recipes in English detailing ingredients and directions.

Teaching includes:
Modern entremets and assembling techniques
Sponge cakes and biscuits
Tarts and classic French pastry doughs
Mastering creams, mousses and fillings
Macarons and ganaches
Choux puff pastry
Yeast doughs (croissants & brioches)
Kneading and scarification methods to make crispy Baguette and Fougasse

In addition to your classes you will visit the best baking and cooking utensils shops (Julia Child’s favorite one as well) and pastry shops.



Each day will be a gourmet adventure with us! Aside to baking classes, you will experience a 3-hour food walking tour through Saint-Germain-des-Prés in the Latin Quarter. This tour is scheduled in the morning starting at 10:15am. You will visit local boutiques, artisanal shops, markets, and cafes where you will enjoy flaky croissants, heavenly chocolate and a classic combination of superb cheeses and wine.

You have chosen to visit Paris and you will love the very unique Parisian lifestyle. Through our guided walking tours you will discover the City of Light off-the-beaten paths such as Paris 19th century shopping malls and passageways, Paris, La Seine and the Islands (La Cité, Ile Saint-Louis), Paris and its villages (Montmartre, La Butte aux Cailles, Ménilmontant), Paris and its royal Squares (Place des Vosges, Place Dauphine, Place Vendôme…), Paris and the American artists (Ernest Hemingway, Gertrude Stein, Josephine Baker…) without forgetting the history of the Parisian cafés, brasseries and bistros. The walking tour lasts 3 hours departing from your hotel.

Cooking vacations in France


Day 1 (Sunday) ∼ Welcome to Paris!
Paris CDG airport private transfer.
Check-in at the hotel. As an upgrade, you will have your room ready when you arrive in the morning. Resting time.
At 4pm, meet Corinne to enjoy a guided walking tour through a Paris picturesque quarter followed by an early dinner in a typical Parisian brasserie.

Day 2-5 (Monday-Friday) ∼ Baking Classes / Cultural and Gourmet Tours / Museums & Sites Pass & Time free at your leisure
Daily breakfast at the hotel.
4 Half-day Baking classes scheduled in the morning or in the afternoon. Each one lasts at least 3 hours. You will enjoy the fruits of you labor after the class or you can take some away if it’s possible (ie: macarons, chouquettes, bread, fougasse…)
You will experience our food walking tour, scheduled in the morning to discover the true spirit of Paris Saint-Germain-des-Prés historic quarter. You will visit artisanal shops, markets and cafés where you will sample some of the best French classics from crispy baguette, flaky croissants, heavenly chocolate, exquisite cheeses paired with fine French wines. It’s also a way to learn more about the history of Paris and to enjoy its unique lifestyle.
The Paris Passlib’ City including 5 attractions such as a River Cruise, entrance tickets to the Eiffel Tower and Museums of your choice is included in this program.
Lunch and dinner on your own (see our list of casual restaurants)

Day 6 (Saturday) ∼ Paris on your own (shopping, visits, etc.)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Full day for enjoying Paris at your convenience
Lunch and dinner on your own.

Day 7 (Sunday) : Check Out / Airport Transfer
Morning breakfast. check-out not later than 11am.
Paris CDG airport private transfer.
End of the tour.
